Text messaging terms

These terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Bach Elementary PTO.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to donate to Bach PTO, use the public website, or participate in PTO activities.

Opting In

By choosing an SMS consent option in your Bach PTO directory profile, signing up through a PTO form, or otherwise giving Bach PTO direct permission to text your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Bach Elementary PTO.

Message Types

Messages may include PTO announcements, classroom updates, event reminders, volunteer coordination, reimbursement or administrative follow-up, and other time-sensitive school community updates.

Frequency And Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Bach PTO does not charge for the text message service, but your mobile carrier may charge you under your wireless plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a Bach PTO text message. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver messages, operate the service, or comply with law.
